Shannon Herald Combs, APRN, PMHNP-BC- Behavioral Shannon is a lifelong resident of Hazard. She is a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in adults from 18 to the elderly, with 19 years experience in the behavioral health field including inpatient, residential and outpatient. She also specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, insomnia, conduct disorders, and adult ADHD. She provides medical services two days per week.
