Ruby was born and raised in Perry County, Kentucky. She graduated
from Buckhorn High School and received her Associate degree of Science
from Hazard Community College and her Associate of Applied Science
Dental Hygiene from Prestonsburg Community College through the
University of Kentucky. She has been a licensed Dental Hygiene for 21
yrs. She worked for Dr. Greg Baker, DMD for 10 years and joined our
PCCEK Dental team 11 years ago.
