Dr. Gabbard was born and raised in Hazard, KY where he currently
resides. He received a Bachelor’s in Science from Centre College and in
1978 earned his DMD from University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.
Elmer is always interested in giving back to his community. He has
served on the Hazard Board of Education for 20 years. This is also the
reason he chose dentistry as his profession.
