Candida Dixon, APRN - Candida grew up in Letcher, Kentucky and currently resides in Hazard. She has 2 children, a son 14 years old and a daughter 7. Candida graduated with her associate degree in Applied Science as an RN in 2002 from Hazard Community College. She worked as an RN in ICU and later in Dialysis with Nephrology while earning her Masters of Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of the Cumberlands.
