Angela Hubbard is a Leslie County native. She graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Hazard Community College then went on to receive her BSN and MSN in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University with a focus on family health. She chose this career path to address the medical provider shortage in our area. She enjoys church and outdoor adventure.
