Rhonda Hughes, APRN. Rhonda is a native of Hazard, Perry County. She graduated from South University with both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in family practice; earning high honors while in both programs. Rhonda is the mother of three sons whom she feels is her highest and most honorable achievement. Her professional goal is to practice in her hometown of Hazard to provide quality healthcare to the members of her community and others who live in Eastern Kentucky.
